"Pros: The hotel is located at the best spot in Santorini. The staff is friendly and responsive. We experienced stormy weather which caused some disruptions in breakfast service, but they compensated on the last day by delivering breakfast early and offering us a gift. The breakfast had lot of variety and tasted good. We did not like the first room that was offered to us and the manager upgraded our room the next day and made the experience wonderful. Overall we will recommend this hotel. The location is perfect and rooms are well designed and equipped. We received the room with tunnel pool, which was one of a kind design in whole of Santorini. Cons: The listing on booking.com said airport shuttle offered, but when contacted after reservation—the hotel told shuttle was not free and we had to pay 40€ per trip. Would be nice if this facility is updated properly in the hotel’s description." ~Komal

"Pros: The location and views couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay in Santorini. You have the best caldera view from the room balcony and terrace and a picture perfect sunset. Imerovigli is also sheltered from the cruise ships crowds. Nick, Anna and Jason were perfect hosts and were most accommodating to our requests. The villas are family operated and you can feel the difference. Cons: Everything was perfect." ~Kulsum
