"Pros: - The bedside lamps were reslly cosy and nice - The double bed was actually a double rather than 2 singles pushed together which made it a lot comfier - The location was perfect, on the famous steps but tucked away just down a sidestreet Cons: - We entered to moist atmosphere and a constant damp smell with all the bedding feeling a bit clammy and damp - The check in was a little iffy and we didnt have very clear check out instructions which was very stressful to sort upon leaving - The hot tubs were quite dirty and not very private, we were next to some noisy neighbours who blasted french music and then proceeded to bang on our door and tell us to stop making noise" ~Lewis
