"Pros: Stayed here as a group of 3 girls and we couldn’t have had a better holiday! We stayed at Este for 5 nights and the service we received was incredible, the staff were amazing, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The food was also delicious and the breakfast is 10/10. We would like to give Despoina a special shoutout for being the most amazing person!! She welcomed us with open arms, told us all her recommendations for our stay and booked us multiple taxis, ATV hire, restaurants bookings across the island etc. I would recommend booking restaurant reservations through Este as you’ll get the best tables with sunset views!! We would also like to thank Chris and Nick for the amazing service too, always so warm and friendly and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to help us - THANK YOU ESTE TEAM!! "Pros: All the rooms were clean, spacious and had great interior. The property was situated quite central and only a 15 min walk into the Fira centre. Would definitely stay here again.
