"Pros: The process of getting checked in and out was efficient. The place was clean and the managers were quick to respond to any questions or requests.
Cons: Overall we liked our villa. It was very nice although Room 2 was cramped. Hard to store luggage and get around the room. Neither sleeping area had a door although room 2 was up stairs so there was privacy for that couple. The couple using the first floor bed had no door since the bed was in the main part of the ground level. If traveling with family this is fine but with another couple, you should be aware. You would want the late sleepers using the upstairs bed. While getting to the resort from the drop off area was unique and quaint, it is bumpy and uneven and can be slippery if wet. Someone with mobility issues should be aware of this."
