"Pros: The apartment is centrally located, making it perfect for visiting popular attractions. You are offered a complimentary bottle of mineral water and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. The air conditioner and dehumidifier work very well. Cons: There is no reception desk; instead, a staff member downstairs will greet you and take you to your room — but you have to find him yourself. They claim the rooftop hot tub is cleaned and disinfected regularly. Not true. When I used it, the bubbles were dirty and left residue along the tub’s edge. Check-out is at 11 a.m., but someone came up at 10:30 and asked if I was ready — it felt like he was trying to kick me out. The bathroom floor is wooden and moldy, the toilet door handle is broken, and the iron is rusty. You shouldn’t use it, as it might leave rust stains on your clothes." ~Van
