"Pros: It is very central in Fira and easy to get to restaurants and the bus station. The staff were all wonderful, especially Andreaus! All very friendly and helpful. Our room was changed because we found the first one a bit small. Excellent continental breakfast with fresh pastries, bread and juice! Cons: The rooms are a bit dated and some of the furniture is a bit tired looking. If it was updated and spruced up it would be fantastic!" ~Patricia
