"Pros: We stayed at AVAL for 10 days, and the experience was fantastic. We were looking for a peaceful holiday where we could relax, and this hotel was perfect for that! We were served a delicious breakfast to our suite every morning, including bread rolls, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee, and various sweets. The breakfast varied from day to day, so it was exciting each morning to see what treats they had prepared for us. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner, which can be delivered to your suite. We ordered several times and can highly recommend the chicken gyros platter! The suite we stayed in had two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. There was also a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The suite had terraces on both the first and second floors. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting outside on the lower terrace with our breakfast and coffee. There was also a private pool and comfortable sun loungers with sun from morning until late afternoon. All the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the father and son, Panos and Dimitris, who own the hotel. They gave us great tips for excursions around the island and offered car rentals at a very good price. There is no doubt that we will stay here again the next time we visit Santorini!" ~Siljestoresund
