Yannis was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about where to go in Samos. He always had time to chat and make sure everything was ok. All of the staff /family were great.
Cons: We found the pillows quite hard and uncomfortable so softer pillows would have been nice, but other than that we can't think of anything we would change."
