"Pros: Jürgen was exceptional in communication from the time I made the reservation up until the time he dropped us off at the airport. We arranged a meet-and-greet at the airport, and he helped make my itinerary come alive. He drove my family to a place of interest and then arranged for travel back to the hotel where we checked in. Breakfast options were superb, made to order (including fresh fruit, bread rolls, pancakes, eggs, toasties, ham). Would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to explore the Old and New Town.
