"Pros: This hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The heated pools are excellent, especially the ones designed for babies, which were perfect for our little one. The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Their private pool is spectacular, offering a great place to unwind. Additionally, the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, overlooking the entire area and the magnificent sea. The restaurant is beautiful, with an excellent menu that offers a delicious variety of dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay that we highly recommend. Cons: Unfortunately, the majority of the staff seemed to lack the necessary skills, resulting in poor service. They made a serious mistake with the menu for my baby — the food was extremely salty and undercooked. I strongly recommend the hotel carefully review the training and competence of their employees, as their performance falls far below what is expected from a five-star establishment. At times, some staff appeared to act as if they knew better than the guests, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional." ~Marques
