"Pros: Easy check-in. It's very central located, 2 min walk into the Old Town, 7 min to walk to the main bus station to get to other places in Crete. The living room is very big with a big, good equipped kitchen and washing machine, which is a big help. The owner also gave some nice coffee, herbs, oil etc. Communication worked very well. Cons: It must have been a shop, an office etc. before. There is only a small window in the kitchen, where daylight is coming in. The bathroom is a joke! Micro small! Toilet is in the shower and when you have a bath, the water is running into the kitchen, a big mess! The door handle should be changed. The steps to the bedroom upstairs are a too narrow, to bring your bag up/down is a problem. No luggage rack downstairs to put bags." ~Beatrice

"Pros: Very good equipped house inside the old town of Rethymnon. Nearby a public parking which is round about 300m away from the house. The beginning of shops, taverns, bars etc. is max 100m from Daria's and is nevertheless very quitly. Cons: The roof top furnishings have changed. Now there are only two sunbeds, a little table and a parasol. The old pictures showed lounge furnitures. The outside part from the ac for the bedroom in the first floor is noisy. Please let them repair or replace it with a new one." ~Firemaster
