"Pros: The appartment has everything you need, including a small kitchenette. No oven tho. Clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach, stores and even a small bakery around the corner where you can have morning coffee. Not so far to the old town either. Close to the beach strip with all the restaurants and night clubs but still quiet at nights so you can sleep in peace.
The owner lives in the building and is usually available, at least through messages.
Cons: Had the appartment on the second floor and there are many stairs, not a problem for me but good to know. The view was not so hot but I didn't spend much time inside anyway."
