"Pros: The staff is very kind and friendly, and always available. We got a free upgrade from the 4star hotel to 5star (they have same owner), it was very nice of them! The location is great, just in front of the beach. Even though there's a road, it's not the main road so not noisy as not that many cars pass. The beach was free for hotel guests. They also give beach towels. The staff can bring drinks and snacks directly to the beach. There are few pools too. We had breakfast included and totally worth it. Delicious food. And big variety. If you don't have dinner included you can pay 20 euros for a buffet. They also give you a discount for the a la carte restaurant in front of the hotel. Btw, the food there was great too! In the evenings there's an entertainment program in the hotel. Our room looked the inside pool and very calm. It had all needed facilities. The room was cleaned every day. We loved it! And very happy with the service;) Cons: In the booking it's written the iron is in the room but it wasn't. We called the receptionist and they brought it. Also the hair dryer wasn't working, but it was replaced. The AC was working one day, but on the other day it didn't... I'd recommend the hotel to recheck all room facilities to make experience more pleasant There was no proper bathroom. It was totally open, like one space with the bedroom which is nice for a couple but definitely doesn't give much privacy. Also no proper door for the toilet. Would be better if the staff could inform us about it in advance." ~Anna
