"Pros: We have been to Crete many times but I have never met a host like Theo. Rating 10 is too low for him. He is extremely friendly. Theo is always available but not in the disturbed way.
We stayed for a week in January. One heat pump was more than enough to heat both rooms. Room was very quiet. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. Location was great, just few steps from the beach and taxi station Is just outside the door. Taxi to old town coast 6-7 €, + 1€ tip. Walking distance is half an hour.
We read visitors comments when booking and did not notice anything surprising. The apartment was as we expected."

"Pros: The room exceeded expectations. We had a Premium Suite Split Level with Sea View. The room was spacious, many thoughtful details like mosquito net on the terrace, modern air conditioners, TVs in all areas, 2 toilets, extra good bed mattresses and what is unusual - the sealed door of the room. The location of the hotel is a bit away from the noise, so you can enjoy the view and peace. The beach is right in front of the hotel with sun loungers. Also, breakfast and the most delicious morning capuccino are served in a modern way."
