"Pros: A lovely villa and the beachside is lovely. The owner is very friendly as is Linda, the housekeeper. There are several excellent restaurants in very close walking distance from the villa - not cheap but stunning food.
Cons: Unfortunately a very busy road behind the villa, which is quite noisy all the time ( including during the night) so we had to keep windows closed and use the air conditioning. Would help to have reef walkers as the beach is quite stony/pebbley in parts to get into the water."

"Pros: Amazing view, modern, great location on absolute beachside. Cafe, Minimart and Restaurants nearby. Very well kept with house keeping every day. Would highly recommend to anyone wonting to spend time in Rethymno!
Cons: Parking not ideal. In saying this I found this a common problem in all the 8 locations I stayed through out Greece. Free parking was provided but availability depended on time of day. Parking could always be found but required longer walk back to apartment."
