"Pros: Very nice house, which was spotless clean with all necessary equipment available. All those little things in the house were a huge bonus for us as they are not self-evident (as already available soaps, dishwasher/washing machine tablets, fruits, wine, raki, spices, beach umbrella...).
Joanna is a very nice person, which took good care of us upfront and during our stay. She even managed to meet us in person at the beginning and the end, which we appreciated a lot.
The house is located a few minutes from a smaller town and even though you could maybe survive wirhout one, a car is highly recommended. To the beach it is a 10min drive.
I would recommend the house to my family & friends and would return whenever I visit the area in Crete again.
Cons: The WiFi signal on the upstairs floor (bedroom and terrace) and the pool area could be improved to have a better signal. We often had to rely on our mobile data in those spots."

"Pros: We liked the exterior and the outdoor area. It was in a good location and quiet.
Cons: Some of the internal furniture was tired and sofa needs replacing. Stove didn’t operate optimally."

"Pros: The property had fantastic location in a quiet area of olivethree orchards. Fantastic view. Host was most accommodable. Arrangemant for arrival was painless, even at night. Great place for relaxing family atmosphere with sunbeds and pool for cooling. Expect the pool to be cold for hot days. Well cleaned when I arrived. Kitchen was well stocked with essential utensils and kitchen sets. Dishwasher and washingmashine was well functioning. Great garden for barbequing. Parking right behind the villa. Could work from the villa with free WiFi, strong 4G signal most areas inside the villa.
Cons: All very minor issues. Generally very pleasant villa. A little worn in some bathrooms and would have liked a hanger for showerheads. Had some issues with GPS chosing a difficult road up to the villa. A little hard to find at night."
