"Pros: the property is very well situated in the heart of the beach strip action of Polychrono without actually being in the busy traffic, as it is set back a bit behind the front buildings. It also has a rear entrance through a secured gate, leading to a Main Street with restaurants and shops.
The little studio has everything you need, including fridge and stove and sandwich press 😎
It was spotless!! everything is high quality… sheets, towels, robes and decor.
The people who run it are kind and professional. I booked it very late on the day of check in and there was someone there to let us in within 10 minutes.
I highly recommend staying at this place to enjoy the lively town and beach."

"Pros: Host was there on arrival, location next to the beach on a pedestrian street, in the evening till midnight might be a bit noisy.
Price quality is in balance and recommended if you are on a budget.
Cons: Furniture a bit old and could be replaced, a general renovation would be adequate. The fridge was not functional and addressed to host as well the sun awning"
