"Pros: I discovered this wonderful property in September 2023 and this year I decided to stay for 15 days. The villa is so wonderful ( 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ) that on the hottest days I preferred to stay by the pool rather than go to the beach . The open kitchen has every possible utensil. Everything is perfect and the hosts are wonderful people. Cons: Nothing ! I can't find a single flaw" ~Cristina

"Pros: Location in the center of the small local community where you can see the real life of Cretean people, it was a pleasure to spend 3 days in Pitsidia. A main square and a couple of local restaurants are just a 1-5min walking distance, more shops and restaurants are on the main road going to Matala, just 500mtr away. Can recommend Kantifes for breakfast, amazing tasty food but first ask for waiting time Cons: Can't imagine finding a parking spot close to the apartment during the summer season. Next to the apartments is a tiny car park for 6-8 cars, but there is a plan to build something there, so next time it can be very tricky to park by the apartment. The streets are very narrow so be patient and very careful, better not to leave a car on the street" ~Błażej

"Pros: The villa has an incredible view at the ocean and the best pool we have ever seen. You enjoy the view and the pool from all rooms and the quality of the house is perfect. The village with nice tavernas is only 5 min. walk away and within 10 min. you could drive to the beach (best is Kalamaki). Cons: You need a car with a good engine because the Street to the villa is very steep 😉" ~Matthias
