"Pros: The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood that feels very safe. At the same time, it is in a walking distance from the vivid part of Pireus full of restaurants (Mikrolimano). It is also close to the bus that brings you to the metro station so you can easily get to Athens. Only be aware it is almost on the top of the hill so you have to walk always down-and-up hill. But you have a great view from the terrace that belongs to the appartment. The on-line communication with the owner was great, as well as the detailed instructions he sent us before. Be sure to read them before to find the right place! We got the code to get in, it was very convenient, since we arrived late in the night. We could also leave the luggage in the hallway after the check-out till our evening departure, which we really appreciated. Cons: Be aware that to reach the terrace you have to use the lift, and that only the part of the big common terrace is reserved for the appartment (as described in the detailed instructions) - however, the terrace is big enough and the view is really beautiful." ~Hana

"Pros: The equipment was good for one person to live on. The internet was particularly good. The courtesy to put tea and coffee was really nice. There was also sunflower oil for the meal preparation. Cons: The shower and bahtroom was not in good shape. There was humidity in the kitchen and the bathroom. The rooms were not aired regularly there was a bad smell in the flat when I came in." ~Tomohawk

"Pros: Felt like it was a recently renovated villa. Lots of natural light, and done to a very high standard. New aircon, new electric shutters on all windows and doors, easy to access etc. The jacuzzi in the back really made it next level though. Cons: The outside area could have a little tlc, but nothing major to complain about." ~Joe

"Pros: Really enjoyed our stay at the property, very spacious and well kitted out. The beds are rather hard though, could do with a mattress topper as I woke up every time I rolled over in my sleep. Ok for a couple of days but couldn’t have done a week of it. Loved the rooftop, it’s been done up well to afford a little bit of privacy." ~Ashleigh
