"Pros: As Santorini is a small island and car rental was cheap, we chose Perissa Beach. Much less busy compared to other places on the island. The location of Cal Day rooms was fantastic, a 5-minute walk to the beach; the best value bar on Santorini, Dorian's, was a 3-minute walk away, and a 24-hour bakery only 50 metres from our room served great coffee and delightful bakery items.
Angelos, a young man, owns and manages Cal Day Rooms; he greeted us with a huge smile as we pulled up in the carpark, as he had asked us when we were arriving. He is a perfect example of how someone should run a small accommodation business; nothing was too much trouble.
The room was very comfortable; we could not fault anything. Thank you Angelos!

"Pros: Just come back from 11 nights at Amaryllis and had the most amazing time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was great, great room, great breakfast, pool was great to dip in after a morning of sun, great location - just down the road from the beach. Sun rise on the beach, then easy bus trip to Fira or Oia for the sunset. Great places to eat and drink around, hotel restaurant, Hellas across the road, Jaspers, Pesto and Tranqulio on the beach. Can’t of asked for a better stay, super chilled and relaxed and lots of feta cheese! 🤣
