Cons: The balcony is NOT private. You share it with other people, so even if you dont go out they could come out of your window and see you at ANY time. They hear you and you hear them and if you go out to the balcony, you are together! Its NOT appropriate for couples. Its like you live with other people. I repeat, the balcony IS NOT PRIVATE."
