She went above and beyond to help us settle in, especially when our kids weren’t feeling well after the transfer. Her empathy and hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Dimitri even met us at midnight to help with our luggage from the parking lot—an incredible gesture that we deeply appreciated. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking—panoramic sights over the Pelion mountains that we’ll never forget. The room itself was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional, with a rich variety of fresh, delicious options served in a peaceful setting. The entire atmosphere of the property is serene and relaxed—perfect for recharging. We also experienced a level of care that goes far beyond expectations: our son accidentally left behind a pair of very expensive shoes with custom orthopedic insoles and Kiki personally transfered them to friends of ours staying at another hotel 20 minutes away. This kind of thoughtfulness is simply extraordinary. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Makrinitsa, yet quiet and peaceful.
