"Pros: Very nice apartment with air conditioner in every room, which is great for hot summer nights. Well equipped and the host is very responsive. The parking is next to the apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone that visits Patras" ~Dimitar

"Pros: - The location. We need a place close to this part of town which was far from the city center so this place fit just fine. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and parking around the block was ample. - The rooms were spacious enough, we didn't have any trouble fitting in. - Easy to get it with clear instructions from the owners beforehand, without needing any further assistance from them. Same for check-out. - The rooms overall were renovated, maybe a couple more wall power sockets next to the double bed could go a long way. Cons: - The mattresses for the double bed were extremely soft, to the point where you sank inside. I do understand some people prefer it that way, but in my case we woke up with mild back pains from the uncomfortable angle we had to sleep in. This is not the case for the kids' beds which had sturdier mattresses , I would have prefered those for me as well. - The rooms next door had poor sound insulation which meant that in the morning when they woke up, their noise came into our rooms unfiltered caused our kids to wake up and complain they were scared (loud noises in the dark you see). Maybe the front door of the apartment could do with some do-over." ~Dimitrios

"Pros: I liked the location and the view from the balcony. Cons: The mould and the smell of mould. There's a huge spot of mould where the dining table touches the wall and the internal of the kitchen cabinets contain mould as well. The smell if you open them to get your pots and utensils is disgusting. My clothes and suitcases still smell like the mould. The toilet seat is too small and falls against your back when you're using the toilet. It has sharp edges which scratches your back The air-conditioning doesn't work properly. The host promised to send a technician, but I've never seen anyone. Unfortunately I had to book 2 extra days in the apartment because my working schedule didn't allow me to change Airbnb on the leaving date and I couldn't get a day off. That's the only reason I booked 2 extra nights. Somebody put in a lot of effort and love to design the apartment once, but this apartment hasn't been loved for a while now. This apartment could definitely use some TLC and it would be an amazing apartment again like the previous reviews mention. I learned my lesson and never trust reviews that are 1 year old or older" ~Saoirse
