"Pros: Accommodation is clean, changing towels and cleaning the bathroom every day, a huge bathroom, and a nice shower.
Furniture is modern and minimalistic, and we really love it. There is a smart TV. The bed was huge but not so conformable - a mattress can be changed ( lot of the noise ).
The owner is welcoming us.We stayed 5 nights.
Cons: Accommodation doesn't have any proper sign on the entrance - just bear - on Greek Arcouadas, but we didn't know that. Accommodation is next to Icons Expirenace ( villa Tomas). You need to wait for the owner when you arrive, because there is no receptionist.We waited around 10 minutes after we called him.
I can't recommend facility to the people without car or to the people who can't walk for a long distance or have some health issues related to the walking problems becouse there is a lot hills. Also, terrain without lighting, which is not pleasant when you return from the city during the night.
For the city centre you can go by walking more than 30 minutes with a lot of steps and climbing up and down or you can take a taxi boat - 3 e per person per way.
There is not much equipment for the kitchen - just 2 plates and glases. The fridge is ok, but you can make breakfast and restorants not so near the accommodation. If you want to have breakfast, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest beach bar.
We didn't like the small of the room - even when the room was cleaned, there was smell and humidity - even the towels outside could not be dry easily, possibly because of the position of the villa and the mountains that surround it.
Price is higher for this - it can be cheaper."
