"Pros: Any good qualities are overthrown by the unheigenic environment and the owner's lack of professionalism and carrying to say the least. Cons: We booked the house for three days (Friday March 22 to Monday March 25). We only stayed one night because we realized in the morning that the house is full of mold and moisture (see photos) We had the A/C on, since it was cold, which also put out air that smelled much more of MOLD. After packing up, we called the owner's wife to show her the problem (he was away) and when I showed her the mold in the kitchen cupboards, her response was "that's how all of Parga is".!!!!!! When I showed her another piece of mold on the wall next to the A/C she casually said "that's new" The fact that the walls are dripping in the bathroom (and we didn't take any shower) AND under the A/C, did not interest her in the slightest. I asked her for a refund and told her that we are not going to stay in a dangerous house and she replied that she cannot refund money and we should contact Booking. We left immediately of course and contacted the booking office which in turn had to contact the owner who did not pick up the phones for 3 days. I really feel an obligation to potential future customers to write this review. Stay away from such malicious and dangerous people as much as possible. One star is TOO MUCH." ~George

"Pros: Villas are very nice. Looks as on the images posted here. They are spacious, well decorated, and equipped with anything you need. Pool and the villa itself get cleaned every day. There is a big and spacious parking at the back. Also being located into the forest, outside of the village, villas are very quiet and relaxefull. The host is a very nice and friendly lady. We had some wine and bevarages left in the fridge, as well as some food for our first breakfast. We got coffee capsulse every morning. There was also a very delicious lemon jam left for us. It was one of the tastiest things we have ever tried. We were 4 people and all of us loved it! We got 2 extra jars of it on our departure, which was such a lovely gester from our host. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Danae! :) Cons: The only thing you may find irritating are roads from villas to the nearby village and Parga. It's a narrow one and not into its best condition, but yet it's good enough to be used. We were with a big car and yet managed to navigate through it witout much efforts. The villa itself is like 2 km. away from the main beach in Parga. Following the same road you can also get to the city center too." ~Stanimir
