"Pros: This is the first time we go near Kavala in the winter and the apartment is very well heated as we asked before coming. For this reason we were offered another apartment- bigger and better (at the same price), which had a local heating. Thank you! The place is very close to Kavala, and at the same time in a quiet area with a beautiful beach. The villa is spacious and our dog was also welcomed. The host is a very kind and nice and lady! "Pros: The place is located on a very nice spot with a view over the bay in a quiet area. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They also have a small dog that made fast friends with our own dog. There is a very nice yard around the house but yet every apartment is a bit separated from the others so there is no interference. Every morning we were awakened by the tasty smell of freshly baked pastries delivered from the hosts. We also had a dessert and home made jams for welcome. In the area there are a couple of bakeries, a lot of small taverns and a shop. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away but if you are with a car you can explore the area.
