"Pros: We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children, ages 4 and 2. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of August. The house is a sweet, small, beautiful home. It was extremely comfortable for our family. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There's a very large and nice garden with trees, several seating areas, and a trampoline with toys that the kids loved. The house has a bathtub, which was very convenient for washing the children, as opposed to a standing shower. The house was very clean, simple, and tastefully decorated. The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He stays in a small hut on the same property, but he was very mindful of our privacy, and we hardly noticed his presence at all. The WiFi was great. Cons: The location of the house is not ideal, but not terrible either. It's a bit outside the village of Olympiada, so we had to use the car every time we wanted to eat out or buy something. It's only a 3-minute drive, but it took me 30 minutes to walk. The road is also unpaved, and it took us a day to figure out how to get in and out of the property, as the access road is not an official street. The access road is also extremely narrow, so we had to fold in our side mirrors every time we entered or exited." ~Yaara

"Pros: I had an amazing stay! The houses were stunning, with a modern design and everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The pool was crystal clear and perfect for cooling off during the day, and the hot jacuzzi was a dream—so soothing and the perfect temperature for unwinding in the evening. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed and responding quickly to any questions. This place truly exceeded all expectations—I can’t wait to come back!" ~Simon

"Pros: This is a very nice place, large garden, very clean and quiet. Mr. Thanasis, Ms.Georgia and Ms. Julia took very good care of us and we enjoyed our stay very much. As a final touch was a gift the owner gave us - 2 additional nights for free. Cons: 1. Poor customer approach and general communication with Home Rentality - the tourist office in Athens. These are not the owners, just the providers which Booking.com is communicating with. I was looking for a separate accomodation and I was very clear about that. Home Rentality assured me that we are renting a "separate house", which turned out to be an apartment, one of 4 ones this property is renting. I am not sure if Home Rentality knows what kind of accomodation this is or if they care about what they are selling. Very unproffesional. The Ancient Stagira can be contacted directly for much better service. 2. The shared terrace - a very unlucky solution as not everybody cares about others privacy." ~Anna
