"Pros: The villas are new, very clean and modern. The location is excellent, quiet and close to the beach.
Cons: We booked the villa with the option to bring a pet free of charge. That was listed in the booking and it was stated that there is no pet fee. Later they informed us that we were expected to pay a pet fee (25 euro) regardless of what the booking says, that was their policy. Super unprofessional! Also they first said 35 euro and then changed it to 25 euro when I complained.
When we arrived the fridge didn't work. They were arguing that it was normal to not make our drinks cold after almost 6 hours and it was our fault because we've put too much stuff in the fridge. Later when the technician came he said that the fridge was indeed broken and after arguing for almost an hour, they brought us a new fridge the next morning. The Bulgarian speaker was really rude over the phone!
Also the villas are really small, they look much bigger on the pictures online."

Cons: Very far from the center, the beach that is nearby is all stones. The view from the balcony is terrible."
