At a distance of 800 metres from Neos Marmaras Village Centre, Alterra Vita offers a garden with sun terrace and a shared kitchen. It features individually decorated accommodation with free WiFi access. Paradisos Beach is change to 70 metres. All rooms, studios and suites of Alterra come with a private bathroom with shower. Some units are fitted with a fireplace or a kitchenette with cooking hobs and dining table, while some open to a balcony or terrace with garden views.
