"Pros: It’s a lovely relaxing location with a beautiful consistent sea breeze. There are a number of beachside restaurants as well as a couple of minimarts and beach bars a few minutes walk away. The beach is about 200m away where all the kite surfers do their thing. The house itself had plenty of accommodation for our group of 7 with 6 bedrooms in 3 separate sections of the house, which is part of a larger complex. The kitchen living room is comfortable but for larger groups might be a bit small. The outdoor terrace is pleasant- good for our group of 7 but might get crowded for larger groups. You walk out from your own terrace to the pool area, which is actually shared by rest of the complex. The property hosts were great - always available, proactive and responsive to any requests. Cons: The description probably overstates the property, and whilst we had a fantastic relaxing time, it was definitely overpriced at the time we booked it. The pool was listed as private, but it is shared. Limited (or no) shade around pool terrace. Description says private beach!!! (It is not private). Some items and fittings were in poor state of repair or not working (door handle, TV, leaky shower head, outdoor sink spout). Bathrooms were relatively basic. All very minor and completely tolerable but was a bit surprising given the price - definitely better value elsewhere in Greece (and probably Naxos)." ~Simon
