"Pros: We stayed in the street side suite, not sea side. The location is extremely close to the Port which was convenient for us as we were only staying one night in transit. It was metres from the wild and stoney Grotta Beach which was extremely windy during our stay due to the strong north meltemi winds. The room is very close to the Temple of Apollo. The host Janine met us on arrival and was very friendly and hospitable.
Cons: This was the last night of our greek island stay, having visited 6 islands with 10 accommodations. This accommodation was definitely a let down for us. It was the least clean place we visited. Specifics with photos will be sent to the owner - pots, pans, plates were dirty. Old coffee stains on bedside table. No dish cloth or tea towel provided. Although advertising it has a microwave - it is on the floor in the cupboard and not usable unless you lifted it onto the bench and plugged it in. The Jacuzzi had warm water in it on our arrival however it did not appear to have been emptied between guests - there was scum around the outside at water level and sand in it. No evidence of chlorine smell either. We were reluctant to get in due to hygiene concerns. There were no beach towels which I would expect with a jacuzzi and beach nearby. There is only a towel rail in the actual shower, no clothes airer. View from the front porch is of the dilapidated street with a sea glimpse toward the port area. We found this place not up to scratch and not worth the money. Not intending to stay again." ~Emma
"Pros: The host Litsa was absolutely beautiful and so accommodating. The villa was so well stocked with everything you could imagine.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect 🥰" ~Fiona
"Pros: Our first visit to Greece and Naxos was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible stay at Naxos Rhyton Hotel and the outstanding service from their concierge, Petros. From start to finish, everything was superb!
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the beauty of Naxos. The accommodations were comfortable, stylish, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat after a day of adventure.
But what really made our stay exceptional was Petros—he was AMAZING! His attentiveness, local knowledge, and willingness to help with anything we needed made all the difference. The highlight? Petros went above and beyond to help us get from Naxos to Mykonos, which was crucial for our trip. He truly saved the day for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful!
If you’re visiting Naxos, I highly recommend staying at Naxos Rhyton Hotel. The combination of a wonderful island, perfect location, and top-notch service makes it an absolute must!" ~Marcelle
