Seafront Brand New Studio In Little Venice Of Paros

"Pros: The studio is directly on the sea. The location could not be any better. We were able to enjoy meals on the porch listening to the waves. We could walk everywhere in town. There are a small amount of kitchen utensils which is great for an easy breakfast or lunch. Cons: We stayed in this property for 6 nights and spent a good amount of money. We were given one towel each, one set of sheets and blanket so thin I would describe it as a sheet. We happen to be there when it was incredibly cold. We asked if we could get a linen change and a quick clean on our third day and we were informed it would be 50 euro, to get clean towels it would be 20 euro. We have been traveling through Greece and Italy for 4 weeks staying at rentals and this was the first time we were told it would cost extra and this was one of the more expensive places we stayed. We are not cheap, just incredibly surprised but the expectation that we needed to pay extra, after spending over $200 a night. The manager told us it was clear in the listing, but no where does it say extra linens cost. He also was a little aggressive and rude during this discussion. I will say they were responsive, a chair was broke and they fixed it promptly. Overall, I think for the price of this place there are many other beautiful places in town that would be a better fit for a longer stay. We would have liked it for 3 nights but the small space, lack of blankets, lack of clean towels and constant dumping of the dehumidifier was frustrating after the third day. I just think it wasn’t the right fit for us." ~Talia

"Pros: The property is located very central to Naousa and close to all restaurants and shops. It is great to have two full bathrooms and a balcony that can be accessed from both bedrooms. Also the place has a full kitchen which is great if you want to prep something quick. The host was nice to provide us with beach towels per request. We loved the closest beach Piperi that is 9 min walk. Cons: The AC in the main bedroom needs to be serviced as it was not cooling the same as the small bedroom. The bathroom downstairs does not have a shower curtain so you need to constantly map the floor after you shower as the water goes on the floor." ~Georgeta
