"Pros: Amazing communication and customer service going the extra mile, super clean and very comfy flat in a nice residential area. Cons: Unfortunately during Easter holidays the neighbours played loud religious music at night until past midnight, and after Easter passed, loud music in the morning on the weekend at 8am in the morning. Although I used earplugs, I could not sleep well. Alexandra tried her very best but the neighbours did not comply. My lack of sleep due to them is the only reason for my evaluation being like this. If the music noise would not exist, I'd rate it all top." ~Irini

"Pros: The outdoor space and garden are lovely, with a number of seating areas that allow you to either stay out of the sun or follow it round. There is a treasure trove of toys and games for our kids to play with, which kept them nicely occupied while we relaxed in the garden. It's a short walk into the centre and there is a lovely local supermarket barely a couple minutes walk away. We'd certainly book again for our next time in Nafplio. Cons: Personally, the beds are far too firm for me but not that much of an issue for my wife. Water pressure on the shower wasn't the best, which was a shame." ~Chris

"Pros: Panos met us at the bus station and gave us a ride to the property. He showed us the property and turned over the keys. Ioanno and Panos went well above our expectations. They provided great referrals and were extremely responsive. The property was conveniently located with two grocery stores a half block away; the water, beach, Palamidi Fortress, Bourtzi Fortress and Old Town were all within walking distance (less than a kilometer away from the property). The property was clean, modern and spacious with all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back." ~Anonymous
