She was amazingly friendly and resposnives to any question. She also helped me when I had an issue with my the next place we were staying on trip. It was a pleasure to get to know here a little and am thankful for her kindness and excellent customer service.

Cons: Shower didn't have good way to keep water from getting all over bathroom floor no matter how hard you try. Small "tough it out" type of thing in the greater scheme of things."
