"Pros: Amazing hotel! Great facilities and very clean. We were given a free room upgrade right away without even asking. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating—Maria and Chris were especially helpful, always around to assist with taxis and anything else we needed. The pool and snack bar were excellent too, with plenty of seating and a wide range of menu options. Highly recommend! Cons: Around a 30 min walk away from downtown but we knew this when we booked!" ~Amelia
