"Pros: The main feature is of course the location. Right next to the Mills, Little Venice, but on a quiet spot. It is also very close to the bus station, so it's perfect for the airport bus, for example (which takes less than 10min by the way). Even though you don't see the staff in person, the communication through WhatsApp is quite good. It might take a few min before they reply, but they always do, and in a helpful, kind, human way. My ferry to get to Mykonos was cancelled and they even called me on the phone to discuss options regarding the accommodation. I appreciated that very much. The place itself is very comfortable, best bed I have slept on, comfortable walk-in shower, coffee/tea making facilities. Cons: The air can feel a bit stuffy due to being on an underground level and having small windows. However, windows can be opened and also the door, to ventilate. I did not use it, but I imagine the air-conditioning would help with that too. Not a big issue compared to all the benefits, I'd book it again." ~Catalina

"Pros: good location, walking distance to Mykonos main town and windmills, get entire apartment so more space instead of one room. toilet seems new enough Cons: most of the wooden furniture is kind of old, place is quite dark even with all lights on. heater stopped working on first night. host was friendly , told us to check main switchbox for heater which was on but somehow no hot water" ~Geowynn
