"Pros: It was my second time in Mykonos but first at this hotel. Evgenia, manager and the team were excellent and I cannot fault them. The customer service received was brilliant and I would highly recommend to stay at the hotel. They helped with transfers to the local beach, taxis, reservations etc and were on hand day and night! Cleaning was good, although at times the floor were left with bits of rubbish but nothing that couldn’t be sorted out by telling the housekeeping team. We stayed in a 3 bed villa which was brillant although the daily trough of walking up and down steep steps was challenging but worth it! Cons: Amenities didn’t include what I would expect, cotton pads, cotton buds to clean ears etc although there was a shaving kit (presume for men?) which we didn’t use. WiFi was intermittent in our villa area we were told this would be fixed but wasn’t. It was slightly more windy than expected so a heated pool to make use of it in the villa would’ve been great. The villa was beautifim but I felt it needed more light in the rooms and common areas." ~Roshni
