"Pros: We had a great stay at Rooster Chua in Mykonos – it’s in a fantastic location and has a lovely layout. The split-level design works really well, with a hot tub and upstairs access, making it feel like a little private retreat. Sleeping arrangements are flexible – someone can comfortably sleep on the sofa downstairs while another can use the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is small but practical for basic cooking, and it had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and punctual, and the host was fantastic – very welcoming, showed us how to use all the facilities, and even left wine and fruit for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Cons: The only downsides are that it can get quite windy at times (more an environmental factor than anything to do with the property itself), and you may hear some outside noise at nights, so earplugs might be handy if you’re a light sleeper." ~Kathleen
