The room was clean everyday.
All the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite.
Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Breakfast is served on the other side of the castle, but it was fine for us.
The room is next to the entrance of the castle, but it has quite enough stairs that are slippery, as in all castle. Still no problem."
