"Pros: The hotel is ideally located for the beachfront and for walking into both Moraitika and Messonghi. We’ve been to the area many times and know it well.
The bed and pillows are the comfiest I’ve ever experienced in a Greek hotel. We spent a lot of time in the room because of poor weather and then illness. This was made more bearable because of the comfort of the room. The bathroom is nice and modern with a great shower, good water pressure and constant hot water
Clean towels provided daily. Pool towels are provided (although they’re not routinely changed)

The staff are absolutely brilliant. They were amazing when my husband took ill very suddenly.
Cons: The pool isn’t heated and is shaded most of the day so isn’t heated by the sun. As a result it’s absolutely ice cold and I couldn’t use it. For a ‘luxury’ hotel one would expect to have a heated pool. It may explain why the pool area wasn’t busy even on the hottest days.
We had to buy our own toilet roll when the initial 2 roll supply ran out!
There’s nowhere to hang wet clothing and towels other than outdoor chairs. The rooms need a form of washing line. I’ve never stayed anywhere where there’s been no clothes line or maiden. Can’t use the balcony rail because it’s metal and rusty in parts.
It’s not staffed 24 hours and we had to check ourselves in and follow instructions to find our room. The receptionist had called to warn us though and she was incredibly sweet so we weren’t particularly bothered about it, it’s just not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. There are other hotels in the area that are more luxurious that don’t sell themselves as such."

"Pros: Stylish interior design and finish. The shower was excellent as were the kitchen appliances. The double bed was extremely comfortable, the singles were more efficient in their configuration.
Cons: The only element that wasn’t personally to my taste was there was only an external area to the front of the ground floor apartment. This meant we could only sit outside the front entrance door and needed to close it behind us to keep the mozzies out as there was no screen. The property is on a main road and buses did tend to be parked for longish periods outside. This is not the owners fault but it did get noisy at times."
