"Pros: Staff were great, welcoming and very helpful. The Greek and Corfiot Cuisine by Michelin-Starred Chef Ettore Botrini was truly the best moment of our holiday. Cons: a lot to be improved. 1. The non-renovated standard rooms especially 900 block were very noisy. The downstairs open corridors created with cobble stones created a lot of noise when hit by luggage wheels, going out at night hours. Families conversing in high pitch voices could be heard as if they were talking inside the rooms. Furniture in the rooms needs rubber noise cancellation patches under their legs as cleaning ladies cleaning the rooms of people who had left at night woke us up, dragging chairs on the floor making grinding and scratching noises. Waking up at 07:30-8am while we were supposed to be on holiday. And cleaning staff cannot converse in loud voices or sing while cleaning rooms. somebody should tell them it is not Greece Got talent. By the way the ceilings of the 900 rooms have a lower crown all around them, which I do not think has ever been cleaned on the inside. Management should check it out as there is a lot of dust hidding in there. 2. main pool too small for the capacity of the hotel as was the pool by the main restaurant. 3. food. Although it was ok it was nothing special. Missing the proper Greek flavours. I could not believe the main restaurant did not have proper extra virgin olive oil to enjoy a proper Greek salad. There were some weird oils that definitely had very little olive content in them. 4. Phone in rooms of 900 block did not work 5. Bathtub and shower are completely open without a door. Then opposite is a toilet with a door. Washbasin is in between them. So if one is showering, neither the washbasin nor the toilet can be used as you would be seen naked. If you travel with teenage kids, you have to tell each other not to go to the toilet or pass that way at all until one has finished showering. Strange for family hotel." ~Armand

"Pros: Nice room - basic but clean. A great place for families with kids as they will enjoy making new friends at the pool. Staff were so kind and helpful. Also Billy's Oasis Pool Bar which is connected to the hotel was brilliant. Billy is a lovely guy and makes great cocktails. Some nights had live singers and sports in TV. It's a great hangout for the adults to make new friends as well. I travelled alone with my 7 year old daughter so it was perfect for both of us. Cons: Nothing. It was fantastic and in an excellent location close to the beach and bus stop." ~Iwanna
