"Pros: All okay. The free shuttle service compensates for the relatively higher price, but the hotel is well situated for amenities such as mini-supermarket and a taverna across the road. Journey to the airport is approx 10-15 minutes. Cons: The guests have to physically search for the taxi, which is not easy when there are literally dozens of other taxis at the pick up point: it can be quite stressful. The driver should get out of the taxi and physically wait at the pick up point with a sign showing the name of the hotel - right from the moment the taxi arrives.
