"Pros: It has fonic insulation and private terrace/pool with a reasonable amount of privacy (at least for emerald suite). Unlike Acro Suites, the location of this one is very good and also the bathroom is a separate room /nothing fancy like a bathtub in the middle of the room (I hated that). Good breakfast, I appreciated they had egg whites omlette and were also pretty flexible around it. Cons: Different things not working properly: - the shower and fosset have limescale on them/water runs in a funny way - very noisy bathroom door - terrace door locks (not by design) when you close it so it's easy to get stuck on the terrace/outside the room. We had to call the reception via the number listed on the website to get someone unlock us. - there's no light source or outlet on the terrace - there's a movement sensor in the room and it lights the room blue when you move, pretty random and annoying during the night - the furniture in the room is good quality, but it was just thrown there, it doesn't make any sense. Also there was an extra door to the room, locked, which was kind of weird. I think it's some common /passage closet room to the next room, closed on both ends. There was also a partially disbanded kitchinette: sink still there, a hood and no stove below. - partially bad luck for us: when we arrived there was no shower gel and one of the towels had a hole in it. They fixed this quickly though, cleaning department is very prompt here and everything is.very clean. - I was used to have some printed paper with some basic info: room service/reception/spa internal dial, restaurant hours for breakfast /lunch /dinner, info about the remotes on the table - there are no face paper towels /paper napkins in the bathroom - there is not common pool, only the ones per room, and those are pretty small and cold. They are heated only out of season, but now end of july it was cold at least top floor, and windy. The pool above ours poured on our terrace when in use or during windy periods." ~Elena
