"Pros: For us it ticked all of the boxes plus the size of the space and the cleanliness all did the trick. We had a number of flights so the closeness to the airport was key. Lots of food options in Artemida is always a bonus. Xenia made the communication seamless. Cons: I think the entrance stairs can definitely benefit from a balustrade as there is a 2m deep trip hazard on either side at the top that makes it very tricky for smaller kids and the elderly. Also there was a loose shoe cabinet that could fall on anyone if it is yet not fixed to the wall" ~Omid
