"Pros: The apartment is spacious and has a long balcony facing the beautiful sea. However, the neighbor below has a messy patio. Easy access to the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Cons: The apartment is located above shops on the main road of Artemida - very convenient but not very charming. The beach club nearby played loud music from 4 pm until midnight. If you like the music, great! Otherwise, you will have to close your balcony door." ~Lu

Facilities Clean and comfortable Cons: The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storied building - without elevator. 20-21 marble steps for each floor and hauling luggage through stairs is not fun for a senior citizen. "Pros: The neighborhood was great. Fun to walk around; bakery handy for breakfast. Wine, food, gelato all are closeby. Taxi driver helped us find the keys and host helped us with luggage. Very gracious; it is a 4 flight walk up. The outside decks are fantastic for just relaxing and that was what we wanted. Host also helped us with luggage when leaving. Cons: We were unfamiliar with the operation of the heating/cooling system. There were no instructions. So we had a very cold first night but this was rectified quickly by host. I would have appreciated some in suite info on things to do in the area." ~Patricia
