"Pros: The owner Mr Nicolas is very careful and I check in the apartment before 2:00 pm it was very nice 👍 the bed and the pillows very comfortable and clean the A/C very good 👍 Cons: In small kitchen we have not kettle for the hot water and no mug or water for the tea no forks and spoons and anything for the kitchen and no food plate . For the cleaning in the bathroom some long hair black maybe from the housekeeper woman 👩" ~El

"Pros: Spacious, clean, clear and responsive communication with host. The unit is lovely, well equipped with everything you need, 3 ac units, soundproofing, on the second floor, on a street with absolutely everything you need ( beach, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants etc). Beach is a two/ three minute walk away. We liked the unit and will stay again when visiting Loutsa. Loutsa is a lovely beach town, we enjoyed free umbrellas and chairs (with any small beverage or food purchase this time of year, May) and best of all it’s 15 min from the airport (20-25 euros with a taxi). Friendly town, chill beach vibes. Lovely experience. It’s perfect for a short stay. Cons: More than two rolls of toilet paper would have been helpful, but the unit had everything else such as paper towels, garbage bags, oils, coffee, jams, etc." ~Sarah

"Pros: the apartment is new . it is well furnished with modern decor . we like having 3 rooms ( and bathroom). all the furniture is comfortable. the bedding is a lovely bright colour and plenty of towels and spare sheets provided . the kitchen is well equipped. we had a welcome basket of fruit , cornflakes and chocolate as well as tea bags , coffee etc . The owners kindly arranged our taxi back to airport and will arrange from airport if asked . The Wi-Fi is excellent. the location is excellent; all year round bars and tavernas within 5-10 minute walking distance as well as the beach and shops . this is a first class accommodation and excellent value for money . "Pros: Just a few minutes from the square, the apartment's location is perfect because there are shops and restaurants all around. > The inside is perfect! She left instructions and a booklet with all the must-see spots. It has everything you could need (TV, dishes, you name it!). The bedroom is really big and beautiful, just like the whole place. > If I ever come back to Greece, I'm definitely staying here again. Cons: It's unfortunate, but sounds are mainly perceived during the night (and I'd like to point out that it's not the landlord's fault).
