"Pros: Great location. Lovely roof top pool. Helpful staff in organising hire car and sorting boys room where air on not working. Cons: Pool opening times restricted to 11-19.00 hrs… often want to head up to pool straight after breakfast and not allowed. Fed back to staff but nothing changed. Other guests felt the same. Needed to publicise shuttle to other natura Bea h resort… we were unaware and hired a car to get there. Poor service at natura beach resort… waiting 1.5 hours for chicken burgers! Staff apologetic and helpful afterwards but seems like more staff required in kitchen." ~Nichola
