"Pros: The view is gorgeous. The private beach is there right outside the building. The apartment block is outside (1km?) Loutraki and at least out of season there is enough private parking. Cons: The doors are a older and while they did not bother me might spoil the stay for others." ~Victor

"Pros: The best part of the booking was the hostess Maria. She was very friendly and took very good care of me. From a super sweet welcome note on the fridge (which was filled with fruits and a bottle of wine for me) to great tips (where to go for a good meal, what sights are worth seeing etc.) I look forward to seeing her again when I'm back in Greece :) Then to the appartment. It's cosy and cute and has everything you need. You just have to enjoy your stay there. The quiet location right by the sea is another plus.
