"Pros: The view is gorgeous. The private beach is there right outside the building. The apartment block is outside (1km?) Loutraki and at least out of season there is enough private parking. Cons: The doors are a older and while they did not bother me might spoil the stay for others." ~Victor

"Pros: The best part of the booking was the hostess Maria. She was very friendly and took very good care of me. From a super sweet welcome note on the fridge (which was filled with fruits and a bottle of wine for me) to great tips (where to go for a good meal, what sights are worth seeing etc.) I look forward to seeing her again when I'm back in Greece :) Then to the appartment. It's cosy and cute and has everything you need. You just have to enjoy your stay there. The quiet location right by the sea is another plus. Cons: Nothing negative comes to mind at the moment." ~Vera

"Pros: The view was stunning, and the apartment’s interior was nicely decorated — minimal, with a big flat screen. Both the couch and bed were comfortable. Cons: However, access to the building was very difficult, especially in the heat. The parking situation was poor, and we wouldn’t recommend returning after 8pm. The building felt like a maze, with old elevators and a run-down structure in urgent need of renovation. The fridge wasn’t working properly — our toddler’s milk stayed warm, which was unsafe during a heatwave. We also found two large cockroaches inside, and the cleaning standards were low: dirty sponge, the towels didn't feel clean at all as well as the bed sheets. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies just to feel clean. It’s sad to see such conditions, especially when families save up for months for a short holiday." ~Konstantinos
