"Pros: The host is a nice guy. He is helpful. The apartment is nice, spacious, well decorated, and faces the beach.
Cons: Loud, loud and loud.
We lost a lot of sleep. The property is on top of a coffee lounge. Music was playing on Sunday night till 1.20am. Then noise from workers cleaning up till 2am. There is also some engine like sound coming from outside the toilet window that hums 24 hours. Even with ear plugs, it was not enough. My wife in particular suffered a lot. If you are young and want to party, this apartment is great for your. For a family with kids, it is horrible. I feel bad because the host is very nice but I wish other people told the truth on their reviews. I would have never booked."

"Pros: We recently spent three wonderful days in Loutraki in a beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view and a gorgeous beach just a short distance away. The apartment was very clean, well-prepared, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kate was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our experience even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back!"

"Pros: The location was excellent. The property was in the heart of Loutraki Beach, right on the boardwalk and with a stunning view of the beach. The property hosts were easy to contact and responded right away. Very friendly overall. The apartment is quite bright and clean with a large wrap around porch.

"Pros: The location is perfect. Also the cheapest in loutraki for a family of 4 when we looked to book. Also staff managing the accommodation were perfect, flexible and helpful. The fridge TV and kitchen worked well.
Cons: The size is really small and not used efficiently. Some house items were dated (e.g. air condition, couch). The house is rented as a property for 4, but they offered a table with only 3 chairs. Also the door bell does not work. The bathroom was recently renovated, but it is not well thought out. When you have a shower you need to mop since water goes everywhere."
